I have been taking Mega-T for six days now.  I have not experienced any negative physical feeling while taking this product.

Although I haven't  been exercising as much, I am following the meal plan. I sleep much better, I have more energy and have not been dragging myself around. I love the fact that my appetite has been curved, wow!!. I'm going to continue to use Mega-T. I'm not going to share this with my friends until I've reached my goal weight.
